1. Assistant Manager Life Claims

Location: Selangor

Responsibilities:
- Oversees and supervises the administration of the Terminal Unit to ensure that claims applications received are timely processed and provisions are adequately and correctly provided for.
- Review, examines and directs the processing of unusual or difficult claims cases, large claims, rejected claims or litigated claims of the Terminal Unit and where appropriate to refer such cases to the HOD.
- Review, examines, directs and monitor the processing and development of early and medical claims cases for the mitigation of claims leakages due to non disclosure, misrepresentation and possible fraud.
- Assist the HOD to conduct regular quality checks of work performed in the unit to ensure compliance of procedures for fair and expeditious settlement of claims.
- Assist the HOD to provide timely reports and valuable statistical information for the Board, Management, other relevant internal and external authorities.
- Approve claims and payment worksheet, vouchers as per established authority limit.
- Manage business relationship with solicitors, adjusters and other intermediaries to ensure that appropriate measures are taken for the benefit and to protect the interest of the company.
- Assist the HOD on any specific assignments as and when directed.

Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in related field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field at a fairly senior level.
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge on processing life claims.
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.

1. Creative Photographer

Location: One Utama, The Gardens MidValley, Pavilion, Empire)

Responsibilities:
- Interpret client desires into finished fun and creative portraits
- Provide and inspire high-quality customer service
- Make babies and kids laugh and their parents delighted all the times
- Share portrait ideas, offer prop/setting suggestions, leverage opportunities for creative thought, assist with studio gallery and displays
- Drive sales and meet monthly team goals
- Understand studio work flow and processes, comfortable with equipment, identify operational improvements

Requirements:
- Must posses strong creative vision
- Must love kids and enjoys meeting new people
- Must be stylish and creative in manner of dressing
- Must be fun, energetic and extroverted
- Must be interested in learning photography and photoshop
- Must be willing to work during retail hours, weekends and holidays
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Articulate in English, other languages is a plus!
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

- Responsibilities include credit evaluation and establishing/maintaining account relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Contribute to the profitability and growth of the branch by developing and maintaining customer relationships utilizing the full spectrum of banking products and services.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in business-to-consumer sales with proven track record. Sales experience in Banking Retail Products preferably in mortgage sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience and exposure in credit marketing is preferred and will be an added advantage.
