SL1M-PNB Investment Bridging or SL1M-PNB IB is a special program organized jointly by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and Malaysian government aimed at enhancing employment opportunities of graduates. Through the program, participants will obtain technical and product knowledge in investment, finance, and unit trust as well as transferable skills such as analytical skill, problem solving and effective communication, thus improving their personal development and marketable. The participants will have the opportunity to complement their learning from universities with the right technical and product knowledge thus providing them better career prospects in financial services industry. The participants will undergo 2 months intensive classroom training and 6 months industrial attachment with PNB or/and PNB Group of Companies. During the period of the program, successful candidates will be given a monthly training allowance of RM 1,000.

1. Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M)

SELECTION CRITERIA:
PNB invites all graduates with the following pre-requisites to apply for this program:
- Malaysian citizen
- Degree holder in any discipline who has been unemployed for 6 months to 2 years since graduation
- Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Active in extra-curricular activities
- Interest in self-development

We will be conducting a recruitment exercise for Flight Stewardesses/Stewards in Kuala Lumpur. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to meet you at our walk-in interview.

1. Flight Stewardesses/Stewards

Requirements
* Malaysian citizen
* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Females who are at least 1.58m; males who are at least 1.65m in height

Degree/ Diploma OR
* At least 2 principal level passes and 2 subsidiary passes in STPM/GCE 'A' level or its equivalent OR
* At least 5 credits in SPM/GCE 'O' level and relevant working experience
* For Malaysian qualifications at SPM level, at least 5 credits including a minimum grade of B4 in English and working experience is required.

Training
Our comprehensive 4 months training program will cover topics such as:
* Product Knowledge including Food & Beverage
* Service Procedures
* Passenger Handling
* Deportment & Grooming
* Language & Communication Skills
* Safety Equipment Procedures
* First Aid

On successful completion of training you will commence flying duties.

Remuneration & Service Benefits:
A monthly allowance will be provided during training. Upon graduation, you can look forward to a basic salary and various allowances amounting to about MYR $9,000 a month. In addition, there is an annual wage supplement of one month's basic salary and profit-sharing bonus. You will also be entitled to free travel to any SIA destination once a year and enjoy discounted travel at other times.
