The Kuala Lumpur centre will function predominantly as a transactional back-office facility for BHP Billiton's global operations providing HR and Financial Services, running on SAP. 1. Administrator Customer Support

Work Place: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
•Providing quality phone or email support to our customers' Payment Service related queries
•Answering incoming calls and emails.
•Logging, troubleshooting and escalating calls and emails as appropriate.
•Document customer problem information, recommendations, and resolution details.
•Ensure telephone queue coverage meets KPI's.
•Undertake Payment related processing when required
•Achieve and maintain targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered, closed, or resolved, along with other established team goals.
•Complete documentation of customer problem report in preparation for escalation.
•Contribute content to the Payment Services Customer Support team knowledge base.
•Promote a team environment by assisting and contributing to colleagues whenever necessary.
•Document and update processes and procedures.
•Follow procedures and standards.
•Comply with the OHS policies and procedures and care for the health and safety of self, team members and staff of BHP Billiton & participate in safety meeting and monthly safety inspections as and when required
•Identifying process improvement opportunities
•Comply with Risk Management protocols - following procedures and standards, reporting control issues and participate in control self-assessment teams.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess:
•A Degree/ Diploma in related disciplines with relevant years of experience in Payment Processing & Customer support will be an added advantage
•Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving capabilities
•Drive to achieve results driven and deliver on goals
•Skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system, ideally SAP
•Strong customer orientation, possesses good communication skills and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships with internal customers across functions and geographical locations

Jawatan Kosong National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)

NIOSH was established as a Company Limited by Guarantee, under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965. As a company, NIOSH is expected to operate efficiently and with minimal administrative bureaucracy. The NIOSH Board of Directors comprises of 15 Board members, 10 of which are appointed by the Government while the remaining are elected by NIOSH members during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This makes NIOSH different from similar institutions in other countries. NIOSH was set up with a RM1 million Launching Grant from the Government and a further RM50 million Endowment Fund (RM40 million from the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) of Malaysia and a further RM 10 million from the Malaysian Government), which will be invested, and the return of investment will be used to partly finance the operation of NIOSH.

1. Occupational Health Doctor

Jobs Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Health / Public Health and registered with DOSH.
- Able to advise on matters pertaining to occupational health.
- Consult on health screening and other related programs.
- Responsible to train, assist, check and carry out study on research and development projects.
- Possess 5 years experience in the medical field.

2. Executive

Jobs Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Science / Business Administrative / Human Resource Development.
- Possess good communication and consultation skills.
- Possess valid driving license.

3. Technician

Jobs Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering / Science / Business Administration.
- Knowledge in the field of safety and health is an advantage.
- Computer literate and possess good communication skills.
- Possess valid driving license.

4. Clerk

Jobs Requirements:
- Diploma / STPM or SPM.
