Today, the Group's current activities are divided into three core businesses: Infrastructure, Real Estate and Technologies. 1. SECRETARY Requirements: -Secretarial Course -Age 20 to 26. -Good communication / interpersonal skill. -Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. -Ability to converse in the Chinese language will be an added advantage. -Computer literate: MS Word / Excel. -2 - 3 years working experience in secretary work. 2. ASSISTANT MANAGER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS Requirements: -Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Business Administration or related field. -Minimum 3-5 years related working experience in communications and media relations. -Able to coordinate, drive and implement all communication activities/events/signing ceremonies and other assigned tasks. -Familiar in liason with business and financial media, will be an added advantage. -Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, dynamic and self-motivated. -Proficiency in verbal and written English. 3. SYSTEM ENGINEER / SENIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER Requirements: -Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. -Experience in Microsoft XP/7/Window 2003/2008/Exchange, Networking, Security/anti-virus, Data-storage/backup products and solutions (such as VPN, firewall, router, spam-filter, access point, network load-balancer, and etc.). -Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, SQL 2000/2005 installation. -Experience in Backup software such as Symantec Backup Exec, CA ARCServe, Symantec Antivirus. -At least 3-5 years of working experience on hands-on technical support, network and system trouble-shooting. -Experience in VMware ESX server, Linux and Unix will be a bonus. -Familiar with industrial system/storage hardware such as HP, IBM, Dell. -Good working attitude, a team player but also able to work independently. -Those with relevant Industrial IT Certificate (e.g. MCSE etc) will be given priority consideration. 4. VICE PRESIDENT, ASSET MANAGEMENT Requirements : -Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Estate Management. -At least 10 years experience in property management/building works or related field. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to oversee preventive maintenance and monitoring renovation work. -Good leadership skills. 5. EXECUTIVE, ASSET MANAGEMENT Requirements : -Diploma in Property Management/Estate Management. -At least 5 years experience in property management/building works or related field. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to work independently and in teams. 6. M & E ENGINEERING / COORDINATOR Requirements : -Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. -Minimum 8 years working experience in the construction of high-rise luxury condominium, high-rise office building and hotel. -Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and driving works at site to meet construction programmes. -Coordinate with consultants in all mechanical and electrical services like plumbing, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, lift, water reticulation, cold water & sewerage, ELV, -electrical systems etc. -Able to produce shop/coordination drawings, method of statement, submission for material sample, product technical catalogue and etc to relevant parties. -Coordinate/liason with local authorities related to all necessary MEP requirements for the project. -Participate in testing & commissioning of all building M & E services. 7. QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR Requirements : -Diploma/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent. -At least 3-4 years working experience. -Good analytical skills and a good sense of judgment. -Familiar with bills of quantities, tender documents, tender process etc. -Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word. -Experience in high rise building/condominium -Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 8. ELECTRICAL CHARGEMAN, ASSET MANAGEMENT Requirements : -Minimum SPM and possess Electrical Chargeman Certificate. -At least 3 years related working experience. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to work independently with minimum guidance. 9. EXECUTIVE, LEGAL Requirements : -Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) -Knowledge of Construction Law/Corporate Law -Preferably with 3 years experience in litigation work. -Good communication / interpersonal skills.
